How to Loop Your SubMindly Audio

For iPhone Users

  1. Download your MP3 file to your iPhone
  2. Open the Files app and locate your SubMindly audio
  3. Tap and hold the file, then select "Share"
  4. Choose "Add to Apple Music" or "Save to Files"
  5. Open Apple Music and find your track
  6. Tap the three dots (...) and select "Repeat"
  7. Choose "Repeat One" to loop the track all night
  8. Set your volume to a comfortable level (barely audible is fine)

For Android Users

  1. Download your MP3 file to your device
  2. Open your preferred music player (Google Play Music, VLC, etc.)
  3. Locate your SubMindly audio file
  4. Tap the repeat icon until it shows "Repeat One"
  5. Start playback before sleep
  6. Adjust volume to a low, comfortable level
